Alternative Sentencing For Mental Health and Youth Drug Offenders.
The Texas Behavioral Health Alternative Sentence and Record Restoration Act provides to judges and juries an alternative sentencing schedule for eligible cases where Mental Health issues or drug abuse are clearly the cause of the criminal behavior in a defendant. If found guilty, the time is served and punishment fulfilled, but via treatment and recovery, especially for juveniles.
Protecting Law Enforcement From False Narratives and Media Agendas
The Critical Incident Truth and First Responder Protection Act provides key protections for first responders to include establishing an enforceable safe perimeter around scenes and mandatory release of body cam footage to get ahead of false media to ensure protection of our law enforcement and our citizens.
Protecting Families From Corrupt Probate Courts.
There a many guardianship cases that occur in Texas that go unresolved for long periods of time, and cases where the ward placed under protection is in situations where abuse and corruption are rampant, this happens in Dallas County as well. The Texas Family First Guardianship Act is designed to stop the corruption, and give power to families to protect their family members and hold courts accountable.
Holding AI Companies Responsible Without Stifling Innovation
The AI Accountability Act holds AI companies and developers accountable when their automated technologies, whatever they may be called, perform actions that violate law, and sets the standard for determining liability when users abuse AI tools in the commission of crimes. Its about hold AI companies accountable for the tools they create, and protecting your rights in the process.

Texans across the state have expressed their legitimate concerns about modern technology like ALPR/Flock cameras, while law enforcement has reported real benefits this technology brings for reducing crime. Equal Cancer Protection for Female First Responders & Texas First Responder Research Program
This bill not only adds to the presumptive cancer list those female specific cancers that have been added to such presumptive lists federally and in other states already, but it also creates the Texas First Responder Health Research Program in order to establish longitudinal studies to improve the health and safety of our first responder departments in Texas.
We Can Abolish Property Taxes!
The Texas Property Tax Replacement Plan (TPTRP) will abolish property taxes, replacing it with a 3.25% sales tax on all non cost of living sales, saving Texas households thousands each year while fully funding our Cities, Counties, and ISDs.
Protecting Your Online Property
The Protecting Truth and Identity Act will extend your property rights to your Data, Content, Identity, Image, and Likeness online, requiring AI and other data collectors get your permission first before using or collecting your property, else face criminal prosecution for theft.
Prohibiting Third Party Vehicle Shutdown Devices
The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), P.L. 117-58. Buried inside this 2,700-page law is Section 24220, instructing a rule to be made requiring a “Kill Switch” to be installed in vehicles. The rule has not been made yet, so we will stop it before an administration attempts to invade your privacy and give power to third parties to shutdown your vehicle without your permission!
Solving the Data Center, Energy, and Water Problem
The advent of AI and growth of Data Centers in Texas gives many of our citizens concern over their impact on our energy grid & water resources. I’ve drafted legislation to require Data Centers to work with Power Companies to cover cost of infrastructure, increase grid capacity, increase water preservation, & protect Texas’ intelligence and information infrastructure to protect our rural communities & strengthen our state’s independence.
The TPTRP will also abolish the Franchise Tax and Business Personal Property Tax along with other state level taxes, freeing up Texas businesses large and small from the burden of this alternative form of income taxation, reducing their costs and making it even easier to operate in Texas.

Protecting the Rights of Heirs
The existing legislation designed to protect the rights of Heirs is in need of improvements to protect heirs from unnecessary burdens placed upon them by probate courts and to remove current loopholes that allow for corruption and fraud in the probate system. We must protect the rights of Texans to have their final wishes honored and to strengthen generational wealth for all Texans.
Stopping “Birth Tourism” in Texas
After the US Supreme Court passed the terrible ruling on the subject of “Birthright citizenship” it is more important now than ever to end the abuse of our citizenship laws via “birth tourism” - businesses offering protection and citizenship to babies born in the US to foreign nationals who are not immigrants. This bill will criminalize the practice and hold accountable those who would devalue what it is to be a citizen of Texas, and of America.
