We Can Abolish Property Taxes!
The Texas Property Tax Replacement Plan (TPTRP) will abolish property taxes, replacing it with a 3.25% sales tax on all non cost of living sales, saving Texas households thousands each year while fully funding our Cities, Counties, and ISDs.
Protecting Your Online Property
The Protecting Truth and Identity Act will extend your property rights to your Data, Content, Identity, Image, and Likeness online, requiring AI and other data collectors get your permission first before using or collecting your property, else face criminal prosecution for theft.
Prohibiting Third Party Vehicle Shutdown Devices
The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), P.L. 117-58. Buried inside this 2,700-page law is Section 24220, instructing a rule to be made requiring a “Kill Switch” to be installed in vehicles. The rule has not been made yet, so we will stop it before an administration attempts to invade your privacy and give power to third parties to shutdown your vehicle without your permission!
Solving the Data Center, Energy, and Water Problem
The advent of AI and growth of Data Centers in Texas gives many of our citizens concern over their impact on our energy grid & water resources. I’ve drafted legislation to require Data Centers to work with Power Companies to cover cost of infrastructure, increase grid capacity, increase water preservation, & protect Texas’ intelligence and information infrastructure to protect our rural communities & strengthen our state’s independence.
Freeing Texas Business Large & Small By Ending Franchise Tax and BPP Tax
The TPTRP will also abolish the Franchise Tax and Business Personal Property Tax along with other state level taxes, freeing up Texas businesses large and small from the burden of this alternative form of income taxation, reducing their costs and making it even easier to operate in Texas.
Protecting the Rights of Heirs
The existing legislation designed to protect the rights of Heirs is in need of improvements to protect heirs from unnecessary burdens placed upon them by probate courts and to remove current loopholes that allow for corruption and fraud in the probate system. We must protect the rights of Texans to have their final wishes honored and to strengthen generational wealth for all Texans.
Stopping “Birth Tourism” in Texas
After the US Supreme Court passed the terrible ruling on the subject of “Birthright citizenship” it is more important now than ever to end the abuse of our citizenship laws via “birth tourism” - businesses offering protection and citizenship to babies born in the US to foreign nationals who are not immigrants. This bill will criminalize the practice and hold accountable those who would devalue what it is to be a citizen of Texas, and of America.
Additional Legislative Priorities For Texas House District 109

It is time to return the freedom of education to the people, so parents have authority and responsibility over their own children, and education can finally advance to keep Texas strong. I will author, promote, and vote in favor of any legislation that will
Increase school choice and freedom to choose your child’s education, improving SB2 to bring real school choice to students and families.
Remove the age restriction from the GED program, allowing students to get their high school equivalency as early as possible.
Give power and authority over school districts to the local communities.
End state governance of education.

We are seeing activist judges stall lawful and constitutional actions by various branches of government. We also see criminals being released without facing any punishment as defined in the law. These judges must be held accountable and we must end the abuse of the bench by their political biases.
n order to stop rogue judges, those who have failed to properly enforce the law, resulting in the severe injury or death of a citizen, should be held accountable through impeachment. I will vote in favor of any legislation that in a constitutional manner ends the political election of judges, giving appointment powers to a balance between the legislature and the executive.
In addition, I will vote in favor of law that mandates minimum sentences and fines, ending any power of a judge to implement partiality on the bench, and to hold everyone equally accountable under the law without discrimination based on demographics or circumstance.
No one is above the law. Everyone should be treated equally under the law. There are no special classes of citizens who get favor over others when facing punishment for the same crimes. Therefore our laws must reflect this motif to keep Texas strong.

Across the nation we have witnessed actions being taken to obstruct justice by groups of activists working in close coordination under a distributed command structure and organization that provides training, direction, and control. These gangs are actively operating to impede the lawful enforcement of Federal laws, most prominently in matters of deportation orders.
There have been efforts by local government officials and even within police departments to render no aid or support to federal agents. Instead, these officials choose to support and even promote the unlawful behavior of these activist gangs. This has created a terrible environment of hostility and distrust. This must end.
I will author, promote, and vote for legislation that will make it mandatory for all Texas local governments as well as state and local law enforcement to support the lawful efforts of Federal agencies in enforcing Federal law in the state of Texas, and that will enforce punishment on municipalities and law enforcement departments that fail to comply and/or actively support the illegal activities of these activist gangs in Texas.

Texas is strong because of her people, and our people stay strong because of our first responders. Law enforcement, Firefighters, Paramedics, and various specialized first responders across this state spend their freedom protecting our lives and property.
I will author and vote for legislation that improves how we give back to these brave men and women, who put their lives on the line for us everyday.
Make sure that disability benefit covers cancers unique to our female first responders.
Fund through existing programs better mental health support activities for departments across the state.
Pass laws that jail persons who interfere with first responders in the performance of their duties, putting their lives at risk.

While the best guarantee of freedom in our education system is the removal of government control, we must take into consideration the reality that we may have to continue with government having control for a while longer. Given this reality, we must pursue legislation that will guarantee the freedom of religious life in schools.
I will work with our state’s attorney general and the legislature to take whatever action is necessary, whether through passing legislation or filing suits, to guarantee the freedom of religious observance in our schools.
It is wrong to prohibit students from using their time in school each day to learn about their family’s beliefs. To uphold the constitution, we must permit local religious educators to use classrooms space in schools and be paid teachers in schools, making classes available to students for learning and growing in their faith.
Faith is essential to a strong people, and to keep Texas strong, we must end this unconstitutional discrimination in the classroom, and bring back the bible and God to the classroom for those who believe, and those who feel the call to faith in Christ.

Life begins at conception. We are created in that moment as either male or female, regardless of any defect that may develop due to either natural or human causes. Babies in their mother’s womb have the same rights to life, liberty, and property as all other humans, and are worthy of having their lives protected. Therefore, I will vote in favor of all legislation that ends abortion in the state of Texas.
In addition, I will author, promote, and vote in favor of any legislation that improves existing laws to ensure clarity for healthcare providers and women in tragic circumstances that the law may not provide clear direction on, in order to protect the life of the mother and the child.
Also, I will support any legislation that makes certain that under every circumstance where good parents who are caring for their children properly do not have their children taken from them by CPS or other agencies purely by the whim and wish of those who do not have the child’s best interest at heart. To keep Texas strong, our laws must reinforce, strengthen, and promote the family, and that requires protecting life.

The proliferation of pornography online in ways that permit children to be exposed to it involuntarily, by accident, or against their will has done tremendous harm to Texas children. As part of legislation to protect truth on the internet, I will author, promote, and support legislation that does the following:
Sets that all internet service providers, web hosts, application, and website owners be held responsible for exposing minors to pornography.
Requires these gate keepers of the internet to use whatever means necessary to prevent pornography from being made available on any website or web accessible service without verification of identity and age, most especially on social media platforms.
How these entities achieve this is up to them, they are the technology experts. This can and should be done.

All across the country we are seeing activist judges give activist attorneys power over the will of the people in enforcing the law.
We must prevent this from occurring in Texas. I will vote for legislation that will improve the ability of the state government to remove judges who:
Fail to implement lawful minimum sentences,
Abuse the power of the bench for special interests,
Put foreign interests above the will of Texans.
