The Critical Incident Truth and First Responder Protection Act provides key protections for first responders to include establishing an enforceable safe perimeter around scenes, mandatory release of body cam footage to get ahead of false media, and citizen protections against ALPR camera abuse, to ensure protection of our law enforcement and our citizens.
