Now that the Supreme Court has wrongfully upheld the corrupt practice of birthright citizenship, it is up to Texans to protect the sanctity of American citizenship by passing law to prohibit Birth Tourism and close the entities that operate in support of it. In support of Representative Brian Harrison’s proposals, I’ve draft legislation to criminalize the birth tourism industry to protect Texans and what it means to be an American Citizen.
