Texas must strengthen its laws that protect the desires of Texans to leave their hard earned wealth to their families. Current loopholes have allowed for corruption and fraud to drain estates, putting heirs through years of probate fights, resulting in loss of their rights through red tape. This bill will close those loopholes to protect Texas families.
